What fringe players would everybody like to see leave? Personally I think we should be showing the door to foster and stevie Smith, also simonsen was a pointless acquisition. One can hope

It was utter madness to sign any of the 3 you mention. 3 players well past their best with no sell on value and limiting the chances for youth players. That's the kind of signing policy that once again sees us in financial meltdown. A decent manager would have gone down the youth route and would have had a signing policy where young players were signed developed and then sold on. However our over paid manager isn't capable of this hence buying over payed journeyman players to win the bottom tiers of scottish football

Op the three you mentioned should never have been brought in in the first place but I think mather is more to blame than mcoist cause he gave the ok I believe mcoist tried to buy success but mather had the purse strings

A few SPL teams were looking to sign Simonson when he went to Ibrox. Rangers offered him a lot more money to sit on the bench/play for reserves/play in division, than they offered with guarenteed first team football in the top division.

Complete waste of money.
