well done Allan Johnson on winning manager of the year, hardly any money to spend, probably an average gate of 500-600, take notes ally. I don't think its right that you should be wanting to squander more money that the club can't afford or maybe don't have. try doing it the correct way, not the Walter way, spend spend spend.

Totally agree. A manager with a modest budget romps to victory deserves manager of the year over a manager who has 100times the spending power of his opponents, the his fans greet he didn't win the only thing they couldn't buy.

Would have been my choice slightly ahead of big Terry and Derek Adams.

As a celtic fan. I could not agree more

I'm a celtic fan but I say Allan Johnson is a worthy winner of award. some quick figures for you guys to consider though. qots turnover is £700k, wage budget is £350k (based on 20 players/10 that's less than £12k pa). Qots won div 2 by 28 points!

Surely then with a wage budget of just £700k you would be able to romp the league by more than 28 points. what is your wage budget anyway? roughly - £5m? £6m?

Hats off to qots for showing what can be achieved with hard work, good management and a bit of hunger.

@4 what's celtics wage budget? Surely you could romp your league by 28 points?

I expect queens to be thumped next season it was a 1 season wonder

#5 not sure to be honest, but don't know what that's got to do with anything, I would expect with our wage budget to win 33/34 out of 36 games in div2 and would regard anything less as an embarrassment.

The point I am making is, Mccoist and the rangers players, with a wage budget maybe 10x that of qots will be hard pushed to achieve what qots achieved this season.

I'd suggest its going to go a long way to prove that Allan Johnston is a far better manager than ally mccoist.
