I’d play Lundstram with Sterling and Diomande either side to add some legs. This No10 role is hampering us as we don’t have legs in middle. Go with a 3, 2 wingers and 1 cf.

your right re, lawrence, bug disappointment recently, going nowhere along with lundstrum, matondo could definitely do a lot of damage at hampden, so could borna, the wide open spaces should suit both

and i hope the forwards leave they're dresses at home.

what is standing out fir me is cantwells apparent inability to open defences or shhot,

apart from occasional shot he just runs around and usually falls down,

we need a midfielder who can split a defence wide open without running anywhere

and by god do we need players that actually have a shot at goal, its almost unbelivable we havnt had that for years, someone the crowds stands up fir when they get the ball in space, shoot.
