Clement imo needs to cherry pick players that play in this league with other clubs, who fight and know how to play in this league ?For me we need to find a replacement midfielder in the mould of ryan jack, as for me taking his injury issues away for a second, was our best midfielder in the position he plays and is a far better midfielder than john lundstram ?
It's a big job clement has on his plate here and we need far better/ more creative players ?We need players who won't shrink wearing the rangers jersey ?We most definitely need a scotty arfield type also, who can make those unmarkable runs and score goals ?Send silva back to wolves and hopefully sign young oscar cortes ?We are far too slow and pedestrian in the middle of the park and it's always the safe pass we play ? There's absolutely no doubt we need a class centre forward and as much as some of our supporters berate tav it's him they continue to look to to bale them out ?.

Sws we need a midfielder who'll make things happen like a Barry ferguson after past 2 games I wouldn't offer lunny a contract and a quality striker is needed as well as hopefully cortes being signed it's now time for our board to step up to fund these signings finally Connor goldson should not be a starter if still here next season.

Problem is that we haven't replaced either Jack or Arfield with players of a similar or better quality. Indeed the quality has gone way down and sadly that has been the situation since we won 55.
There is a fundamental need for at least one better centre back, a quality right back, a quality holding midfield player and a top quality striker. That has been the case for a couple of years now.

I don’t think Ryan Jack makes any difference. We need midfielders who are actually good on the ball not ones who’s game is based around being combative.

Problem I have is at this time of the season, bad result or not he needs to trust his strongest team and to start chopping and changing isn't going to do much for any players confidence, get the best 11 on, good or bad result and challenge them to prove the last result was a bad result . don't chop and change and find out its no better.

We could replace Jack with Broxi Bear for the 3 games he’s fit per season. Made out to be Barry Ferguson or Graham Roberts calibre cause he came from Aberdeen and shows a bit of dig.
