John or anyone else with solid info know if we are trying to hijack the Palma deal? I feel someone who is prepared to have a shot from distance and has some speed about them is exactly what we need just now and this boy has both. Just seen it on the Tony pulis pod cast that we are trying to get him and wondered if true or not. Cheers guys.

I really liked the Serbian forward and Danish defender but that was a no go

I liked danillo too but though price was hefty hoping he shows up well.

Somebody mentioned here earlier Ryan Fraser who Howe wants out of the Toon as they fell out at Bournemouth, try a loan deal or offer a reasonable fee, he's certainly quick with an eye for goal . Worth discussing I would think .

Thought that boat had sailed, and that he was the player with the iffy attitude that Beale was talking about. Can't see who wed drop to bring him in to the starting 11, and kinda doubt he'd sign to sit in the bench. Who knows though!

I can’t see Ryan Fraser being an option as Beale often talks about having the right character.

Ryan Fraser should his character when he badly let down his struggling team mates when they needed him at Bournemouth.

Yes, I posted at the weekend about this. we have reignited our interest and definitely interest into bringing in Luis Palma. Had a source confirm at the game against Kilmarnock confirm that we are speaking with his club but no bid will be done until Sakala and Kamara are sold (1 is already away and Kamara expected out by weekend) .

There is strong interest in Palma from Rangers, Stoke, Watford and Malaga. Stoke making strongest headway and trying to negotiate a fee, but no bids have been accepted yet and we can still get this one done MB thinks as Stoke are along at negotiations.

Was told earlier in the window the deal was dead and he wouldn’t be coming here due to concerns around his attitude.

We don't know the full story on Fraser at Bournemouth, no one has provided it . But even if a guy makes a mistake he should not be hounded out of the game, Howes behaviour right now is not any better than what Fraser is being tarred with, he's no saint btw .

How many players is that now who beale met and their attitude was suspect. Fraser, palma, maja, think some folk are putting 1 and 1 together and getting 5. Palma would be a decent signing. Also can't believe the amount of folk with shirt memories, beale came in we beat Aberdeen after being 2 1 down and he was a hero, 1 loss against killing and he's an idiot, who'd be a rangers manager eh. The team needs time to gel. Yes we need width I'm sure beale knows that and will remedy it. Also someone said he underestimated the job and so on, he was here with Gérard so I can assure you, no way has he underestimated the job he knows exactly what the job is. Probably what he underestimated was how quickly the fans will turn on him. He needs time I'm sure he'll come good. Have some faith.

Yeah back in the day you could sign someone on as pay as you play deal, I don’t know if it exists anymore! Or maybe I just haven’t heard of a player on that sort of contract.

I remember years ago we tried to get Darren Anderton on a pay as you play deal who in the latter part of his career was injury prone- he used to play for spurs in the 90s. Showing my age a bit with that one lol.

Mr rangers lat one I’m aware of was flannagan, he said we paid him 4K basic and he got 5k if he made match day squad.
