That 10% clause is based on Ajax making a profit on his sale they aren't making any profit as of now but I don't know if that would include if Fulham sell on.

I don't see why this supposed 2m (never been confirmed) we are meant to be getting from the Bassey sale (he's still not been sold) would make any difference?! If Rangers are refusing to budge because of our valuation of the player, then an extra 2m in the coffers won't change anything. If it was all down to having some extra money to spend, J Bennett, and the other directors, would have found the money to buy the boy.
I believe this is just a case of fans putting 2 and 2 together and making 5, again!

Bassey was an out out defender, very quick and physical - he could get up and down the park however passing and interplay was not his strengths so for Ajax players past and present to criticise him for that is an indication they did not do their pre signing assessment properly.

The we did get it/ didn't get saga re: Bassey sell on clause is irrelevant now. The main deal was when we sold him to Ajax for £19m or whatever it was last summer. Getting extra would be nice business but let's move on.

correct rangers will get zero from the sale of bassey back to the premiership, Ajax bulked him up too much hence the reduction in his pace, trim him down a bit and he will be going for 40 mill in a season or 2, thanks to GIO spotting that he is not a LB but rather a LCB is what saw his value skyrocket from around 400k to 20 mill in less than 12 months, which had nothing to do with ross wilson.
