I really hope we get Danilo. Ronald de Boer’s comments were very complimentary, and the guys stats are excellent. A great age and he's be coming from a team that just won the Dutch league.

It sounds like Colak and Wright are on the way out. It might be a case of raising funds and freeing up squad space first.

I've watched a bit of both on YouTube and I can't help but compare them to the summer we signed Cousin (Dessers) and Darcheville (Danillo) .

They look pretty similar type players.

TBH, I like the look of both for different reasons. Hopefully get both over the line, but I think either 1 will do well for us.

Tom not spoke to you directly for a while mate you might have noticed I don’t nearly post as much as I once did
it’s good to see you on and I like your way just say as it is and you know your stuff and your past stories experiences always make for good reading and put a smile in my face ?
I’m on the fence with lammers probably because I don't know enough about him or seen him play
but for some reason my gut at this minute thinks he might be put in the me flop list I hope not I really hope not and I hope he proved me wrong. Just my thoughts and opinion on him at this very moment.

I am of the mind set I would love to see Danilo signed as my gut in this instance tells me he would be a player and a player who could really make a difference to our forward line

anyway I hope we bring him in on top of Dessers again don’t know much about a
Dessers either but hope he’s as good as some say on here

Anyway Tom good to see you post and all in all I’m looking forward to the season starting I honestly think we will have a fair crack at the whip this season MB will have the team fired up and in reality apart from Celtic we really shouldn’t have too much to worry about from the forest as the standard has dropped in the spfl tin my humble opinion I know it’s always a 2 horse race but the quality of football from the rest is is way down at the best of times so we really shouldn't be getting beat if our team is well drilled and fired up beat celtic the rest takes care of itself right now I say
Until their is a better investment and better calibre if players playing for the various teams in Scotland Rangers and Celtic will continue to be 20-30 points clear of the rest when both clubs have a squad fighting fit and giving there all.

Ronald de Boer said he was concerned about Lammers as a signing. I also listened to an interview from a Frankfurt fan who basically said some players flourish in front of a big crowd, others collapse. He said Lammers was the type that collapsed under pressure.

Time will tell I suppose.

De boer went missing a lot for us. I went to all home games in league be Europe under advocaat and felt de boer went missing a helluva lot.
Felt he was a let down overall but had some great moments.
For me without the name just a decent signing thought wallace wa better player overall for us under dick. Under eco arveladze better aswell. De Boer just a name and don’t live upto his reputation. Imo obv. I await the comeback lol.

Matondo and Sakala playing up front was an upgrade on those two when we eventually had the balls to turf them out the starting 11.

Might not have been done in the previous meaningful games if we weren’t playing men down.
