Surely there is a tender out on it and a date been set for the bid. usually if you fail to meet the date then your bid is not considered. I would guess all Ashley is concerned about now is milking house of Fraser for all he can.

Well at least you might wait until the situation is resolved before criticising FB!

Ask some questions of course but until you know the facts at least take a balanced view.

It must be some master plan Frustrated blue and unfortunately we are up against a man who is one of the richest men in the country. I did originally wonder why the big boys including Nike, Adidas never got involved, but now understand and probably Hummel were the only option who now probably regret getting involved.
It’s so sad we can’t go and buy our kids our wonderful colours and we all have to put on the old kits🇬🇧🇬🇧.

I think I am right in saying in business tenders must be in by a certain date and usually the highest tender wins,
I also seem to remember that the judge told sports direct "you have got your contract its time to make peace"
Also I would imagine that if either side is not playing by the rules then they will end up back in court, hopefully it is settled soon.
