We all need to take the positives away from this game today and no pointing the finger on individuals. We are just not there yet but very very close. From the last time we played them its night and day. We need to concentrate on 2nd place and look forward to the semi final. Food effort though Rangers.

What positives? We were soundly beaten by 10 men and Morelos miss we never really troubled them.

Very very poor performance and a big indicator murty should not be full time manager. When they went down to 10 men we should have made some changes and pushed forward, however we done neither.

Brenda showed he's the better manager as his changes straight after the red card changed the game.

Sorry there was no positives for me whatsoever. Twice in the lead and threw it away to then lose vs 10 men is disgraceful at best

How can you say murty shouldn't get the job full time? I know you are hurting but that's just nonsense. We were very unlucky today. Yes there was some mistakes and morelos miss was shocking.

I think murty is still the man for the job. I would have had Windass off as soon as they went to ten as I thought after his goal he kind of drifted out of the game

Rabc what a negative post we matched them all game from where we were six months ago we are in a far better place, it was a great game end to end they are still that wee bit ahead but the gap is closing

Loads of positives too take from the game

Rabc we where no soundly beaten at all that is a laughable comment and Brenda made the changes he had too and they were obvious ones

they had good stack when they went down too ten men and die too defensive errors at the back they scored.

I can’t see past ya in the semi final.

He shouldn't get the job after the summer because he should have changed it after the red card, they made the changes and they won! If the average guy watching the game can see it then so should the manager. Holt should have played, yes Goss has looked good but this was his first big game and he was shown up. We need someone who can win the ball and Windass, Goss etc are not going to do that. Too many luxury type wannabe players. Morelos makes me cringe 95% of the time, iam beginning to wonder if thd goals he has scored have just been lucky because he has no composure at all. Anyone can puut the ball in from 5 yards out bug he couldn't even do that. Cardoso is a joke and Alves was in no mans land for the Dembele goal. Murty is not brave enough to make certain decisions, very predictable in his approach and that showed when Rodgers knew he coukd put on another Striker when they went down to 10 men, the very thing Murty should have done! If they didn't make 2 poor errors themselves then we wouldn't have even scored, can't say we are going to beat them in the Cup based on that game today.

guys, sorry if my comments caused any offence but i can't see any positives from yesterday at all. twice in the lead against a celtic team with their 3rd choice GK, top scorer and 1st choice right back along with roberts out coupled with the likes of sinclair and armstrong on the bench. they also played for the best part of 35 mins with 10 men so no i can't see a single positive to take out of the game.

bar his goal windass was pretty anonymous and foderingham YET again beaten from distance and what he was doing at the 2nd goal god knows.

i guess their is no real point discussing the morelos miss as these things happen however i feel that he needs dropped for a few games now and let cummings get his chance.

yes i agree we are in a better position than we were 6 months ago but that does not mean murty is the answer. too many times now he's been found wanting when it comes to his substitutions and that has cost us dearly yesterday and to an extent the new years game when he left niko on for far too long. however I've resigned myself to the fact that murty will be in charge for next season and with that the real possibility that we won't be challenging either.

however the saddest part of it all is my 2 younger children have never experienced us beating that lot and my older children now just accept that a defeat from celtic is the norm and have rapidly lost track in watching us and prefer to watch the EPL. i fear that we are in danger of losing a whole generation of children the longer this goes on

Got to admit, Murty ain't up to being rangers manager, we need an experienced guy in charge, who can read a game and out think the opposing manager, we are Rangers, the most successful team in the world, it's to much responsibility on murtys shoulders guys, and the guys to nice to get the abuse that comes with the job, he's at best a number 2 to a souness type hard ass manager who can read a game and make changes to see out a win.
