There is a lot of talk which is now gathering pace, that rangers are one of the clubs wishing to speak to frank lampard. Hearing it is possibly going to be a 1 year deal, with a further 1 year option + a coaching position, that rangers are going to offer lamps! Would like to know if anyone else has heard this?

Heard fans suggesting it's in response to the other lot thinking they'll get Gerrard.

We could get more than three Rangers starting 11 quality players for the cost of his wage.

Priority is a creative midfielder and a winger. No CB, no CF, just someone to create chances for Miller, Garner, Waghorn.

Hill has turned out to be the signing of the summer. There's enough goals amongst Garner, Waghorn, Miller to get 2nd, given the chances that a creative mid and a winger will provide. Have to be certain starters though.

my god thorn no CB so your happy for us to rely on a 38 year old to keep things tight while he's partnered by an absolute diddy like kiernan CB is a priority position for us.

Talk gathered pace about RVP coming to Ibrox during the summer.

Luckily I filed that under nonsense just as I will do with the Lampard rumours.

why the hell would we want a 38 year old we need young blood. yes we had david weir but those days are gone now the game is getting faster now and it is a younger mans game. we should be giving youth a chance.

With what has happened this year I wouldn't bet against it! Brexit, Donald Trump. who ever thought that they would happen! I will be delighted if we sign Lampard, especially if his wage was being funded by King. Lampard is a winner, he is a leader, something that our current team is sadly lacking. Of all the positions that we need to fill however, centre half is a must. Kiernan is a disaster! If we could sign a quality centre back that knows how to defend corners and can add a bit of strength to the team that would be perfect.

lampard would be great . but that's laughable some of us think it might happen lol.

on the other point thorn, you my friend are blinded by half decent performances by an old man and Kiernan i'd be happy to drive him to his next club as the boy is a donkey, our strongest part of the team is in the middle of the park .

we can't score goals which isn't down to not having chances because we genrally get more chances than the opposing team.

we nee faster centre backs for when we play actual good teams. like Aberdeen, celtic and hearts.

saying we don't need in these areas is a crazy comment.
